Viktoriia Polishchuk

Viktoriia Polishchuk is an IMI-accredited mediator with extensive experience in resolving complex disputes in the commercial and labor sectors. She has delivered over 500 hours of mediation services in matters involving professional negligence, employment, commercial contracts, workplace issues, investments, community relations, and probate. Her facilitative mediation style emphasizes non-violent communication and empowering parties to reach effective, sustainable agreements.

Viktoriia is a member of the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and holds active affiliations with both the International Mediation Centre and the Ukrainian National Bar Association. She adheres to the IMI Code of Professional Conduct and the Code of Ethics for Mediators of the International Mediation Centre at KROK Business School. Her main practice areas include labor and employment disputes, as well as commercial disputes.She is a recipient of the Fédération des Barreaux d’Europe Mediation Award, recognizing her outstanding contribution to the development of mediation in Europe.

Viktoriia holds a Master’s in Mediation and Conflict Management from KROK Business School in Kyiv, Ukraine, and has completed Mediation Skills training at the Edwards Mediation Academy in the USA. As a trainer and mentor, she has conducted over 500 hours of professional mediator training, trained more than 100 mediators in Ukraine, and over 150 assessors, coaches, and trainers internationally. She has also delivered specialized training to lawyers, judges, and professionals across various sectors.

Viktoriia regularly participates in international conferences and expert roundtables in countries such as Georgia, the USA, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Cyprus, contributing to the advancement of mediation training standards and the promotion of mediation as a vital skill for the peaceful resolution of disputes in business and beyond.
