Tanya De Villiers, MBA, LLB is a senior legal and commercial professional with over twenty-one years of uninterrupted experience across legal practice and executive in-house roles. She currently serves as Global Legal Director to a multinational logistics organisation, advising boards and executive management on complex regulatory, governance, international and cross-border matters.

Having commenced her career in legal practice, Tanya has spent more than 18 years operating at group and global level within the corporate environment. Her experience encompasses high-value commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, risk and compliance, and the management and resolution of disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including the Middle East,  Africa, and international markets.

Tanya brings extensive experience relevant to commercial mediation and international dispute resolution, informed by her involvement in cross border contractual disputes, regulatory matters and multi party commercial conflicts involving diverse stakeholders, and legal systems.

She holds a Master of Business (MBA) and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and adopts a structured, impartial and commercially informed approach to mediation, with a focus on facilitating constructive dialogue and achieving efficient, practical and durable outcomes.

Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Tanya undertakes commercial, corporate and international mediations.
