Pamela Haidat
Pamela Haidat is a Senior Partner at Ibrahim Alserkal Advocates and Legal Consultants in Dubai. She completed her legal education and training contract in the United Kingdom and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2004 (SRA No. 315029). With over 23 years of experience in the legal sector, Pamela brings a wealth of expertise in corporate and commercial advice, with a particular specialism in software, technology and data protection law. She represents both government software entities and multinational software and technology companies, supported by a broader practice in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Pamela is a qualified Commercial Mediator, accredited by the Society of Mediators (SIMI), and is registered at the DIFC Courts, where she has been accepted onto the DIFC Courts' Panel of Mediators (Registration No. 143C). She has a strong passion for resolving complex disputes through mediation, helping clients avoid the time and cost of lengthy court proceedings wherever possible. Pamela began her legal career in the UK, qualifying as a solicitor at Keoghs Solicitors. Pamela is regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales and the Legal Affairs Department of Dubai.
