Muhammad Nazir Faruk is a Principal State Counsel in the Department of Public Prosecution and the Department of Mediation and Arbitration, Ministry of Justice, Kano State. He holds an LL.B from Bayero University, Kano and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016.Mr. Faruk has extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation, prosecution, and dispute resolution. He has secured convictions in cases of homicide, rape, kidnapping, and robbery, and has obtained favorable judgments for the Kano State Government. He also has expertise in arbitration and mediation. Mr. Faruk is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association,Advocate Prime Dispute and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
