Mohammad Kamel Hadieh

Mohammad Kamel Hadieh is a lawyer and mediator with a Master's degree in Public Law from Al-Quds University and an executive program in Negotiation and Strategic Leadership from Harvard University. He is accredited in civil, commercial, and family disputes by courts in Jerusalem and Ramallah and by various local and international mediation centers. Hadieh has mediated over 50 cases and developed the first training manual for combined mediation and arbitration in Palestine and the Arab region.

An expert in mediation and peacebuilding, he has succeeded significantly as an insider mediator in collective disputes in Palestine and the Arab region. He is the founder and chairman of the ACT Association for Conflict Resolution in Jerusalem and a founding member of several legal and strategic bodies, including the Permanent Arab Court of Arbitration and the Mediation and Arbitration Center in Ramallah.
