Mohamed Bhatti is an internationally accredited Commercial and Civil Mediator with more than 35 years of executive leadership and commercial dispute resolution experience across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the United Kingdom.

His career has been built around resolving complex commercial disputes, negotiating high-value agreements and managing relationships between multinational corporations, government entities, regulators, shareholders, contractors and strategic partners. Combining executive leadership with internationally recognised mediation qualifications, Mohamed brings a practical, commercially focused approach to dispute resolution that helps parties reach sustainable outcomes while preserving valuable business relationships.

For more than two decades, Mohamed held senior international leadership positions with Nokia, including General Manager, Country Director and Head of Contract Management for the Middle East and Africa. He led negotiations and dispute resolution on multi-million Euro telecommunications and infrastructure projects across more than 30 countries, regularly resolving complex contractual, operational and commercial disputes involving customers, suppliers, governments and regulators.

Today, as Legal and Commercial Director of Imaan Consulting, Mohamed advises businesses, developers, contractors and private clients on commercial strategy, governance and dispute resolution. His mediation practice focuses on resolving commercial, contractual, construction, shareholder and executive disputes through confidential, efficient and cost-effective mediation, helping parties avoid unnecessary litigation whenever possible.

Mohamed is an internationally accredited Commercial and Civil Mediator, holding IMI, SIMI and ADRODR accreditation. He is also an appointed mediator on the DIFC Courts Panel of Mediators (Registration No. 139C), one of the UAE's leading court-connected mediation panels, reflecting his recognised expertise in commercial dispute resolution.
