Liana Mansour is a certified civil and commercial mediator (ADR ODR International, UK) and experienced negotiator with a background in engineering and innovation strategy. She holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland).

With over a decade of experience in strategic partnerships, innovation ecosystems, and account development strategies, she has worked across Europe and the Middle East, advising on and facilitating high-stakes agreements in sectors including technology, academia, and government.

Liana focuses on mediating commercial, startup, and technology-related disputes, particularly those with an international or cross-cultural dimension. Fluent in English and French, and with a strong understanding of Arabic-speaking business contexts, she is committed to helping parties build mutual understanding and reach pragmatic, forward-looking solutions.
