Karen is an IMI-accredited mediator, a trainee lawyer admitted to the Beirut Bar Association, and a Junior Associate at Azar & Associates Law Firm. She completed her legal studies in Lebanon at La Sagesse University, where she obtained her Master 1 degrees in Law, and later earned an LLM in International Business and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.

With a strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Karen is actively involved in promoting mediation and collaborative dispute resolution. She also serves as the Operations Manager at The Mediation Hub MENA, where she contributes to advancing mediation initiatives and dialogue-based conflict resolution in the region.
