Jeremy Kosky is an experienced litigation partner with Clifford Chance. He commands a very strong reputation in the market with experience acting for private equity sponsors, financial institutions, corporates and family offices in relation to (1) investments which have gone sour, (2) assets held in complex structures both onshore and offshore, and (3) both civil and criminal claims. He has taken multiple cases to trial in London, Luxembourg, Italy and across many of the offshore jurisdictions such as Cayman, Bermuda and the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey and by way of arbitration proceedings.
