Indu Varma

Indu Varma, Esq. is the Principal and Managing Attorney of V Law (Varma Law PLLC), an international law firm with offices in New York, and Mumbai, and the Founder and Managing Director of ROWI CSP LLC, Dubai. She is a New York Attorney (SDNY and EDNY admitted), Advocate (India), Registered Practitioner before the DIFC Courts, Indian Patent Agent, International Arbitrator, and International Certified Mediator with more than 25 years of experience advising clients on complex cross-border legal and commercial matters.

Her practice focuses on international dispute resolution, commercial mediation, arbitration, cross-border litigation strategy, technology and intellectual property disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and complex commercial contracts. She regularly represents and advises businesses, founders, investors, SMEs, and multinational enterprises operating across the United States, the UAE, India, and other international markets. As a mediator, Indu brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to dispute resolution. In addition to her legal practice, she advises businesses on market entry, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, technology agreements, and international expansion.
