Harsha Nagar

Harsha Nagar is an advocate practicing at the Delhi High Court and various district courts, where she handles a diverse range of matters with a focus on litigation, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution. She is a certified POSH trainer under the POSH Act, 2013, and regularly conducts awareness and compliance sessions to help organizations create safe and inclusive workplaces.

With a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution, Harsha has also received training certification in India International Mediation Training and is a  member of the Young Arbitration Group, Singapore, actively engaging with international arbitration practices.

Harsha completed her LL.B. (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Rights from the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL), which equipped her with a solid foundation in both legal and technical aspects of IP. Prior to entering the legal field, she pursued her B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology from Jaypee Institute of Information and Technology, giving her a unique interdisciplinary perspective that bridges science, technology, and law.

Her academic background and professional experience together make her a dynamic legal professional with expertise that spans across traditional litigation, workplace compliance, and emerging areas of dispute resolution.
