Hala is a corporate lawyer at Statements Legal Consultancy, and a Master's researcher in International Commercial Law, Transport, and Logistics at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport – English Section. She also serves as a legal lecturer at several Egyptian universities and legal conferences.

She has led and participated in numerous workshops and moot court competitions as a trainer and arbitrator and is the founder of the Legal Guide Podcast Egy, which aims to simplify legal concepts and raise legal awareness among young professionals.

She combines professional experience with strong academic skills and is proficient in public speaking, legal research, legal writing, and legal self-marketing.

Through her work and lectures, she aims to empower the new generation of legal professionals by equipping them with the practical skills needed to excel in today’s legal job market.

She is currently enrolled in the training program of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), and has a strong interest in corporate law, arbitration, and non-banking financial activities.
