Gayk is a seasoned businesslawyer and trained commercial mediator with over a decade of experienceadvising founders, investors, and family offices across Europe and the CISregion. Currently serving as a Fractional Legal Counsel, he supports startupsand scale-ups expanding into the Netherlands and beyond, with a special focuson implementing artificial intelligence in legal practices.

Gayk began his career at a leading fund administrator in the Netherlands, then joined an international lawfirm in Malta assisting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families with cross-border relocations and investment structures. He later worked at a multi-familyoffice, focusing on estate planning and asset protection strategies of UHNW individuals.

He holds an LL.M. inInternational Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam and hasreceived legal training in both the Netherlands and Singapore. With workingexperience in Armenia, the Netherlands, Russia, Malta, and Bahrain, Gayk bringsa truly international perspective to his practice.

He works fluently in English,Dutch, Armenian, and Russian languages.
