Gayk is a seasoned business lawyer and trained commercial mediator with over a decade of experience advising founders, investors, and family offices across Europe and the CIS region. Currently serving as a Fractional Legal Counsel, he supports startups and scale-ups expanding into the Netherlands and beyond, with a special focus on implementing artificial intelligence in legal practices.

Gayk began his career at a leading fund administrator in the Netherlands, then joined an international lawfirm in Malta assisting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families with cross-border relocations and investment structures. He later worked at a multi-family office, focusing on estate planning and asset protection strategies of UHNW individuals.

He holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam and has received legal training in both the Netherlands and Singapore. With working experience in Armenia, the Netherlands, Russia, Malta, and Bahrain, Gayk brings a truly international perspective to his practice.

He works fluently in English, Dutch, Armenian, and Russian languages.
