Frederick Way is a leading UK Mediator working across Civil, Commercial and Employment disputes.  

Having originally trained as a barrister, Frederick has worked as a mediator since 2013, and been on the CEDR UK Commercial Mediator Panel since 2014. In that time, Frederick has resolved hundreds of cases for individuals, teams and organisations in the UK and internationally.  He is particularly well-regarded for his ability to handle sensitive and complex interpersonal commercial and employment disputes. In his practice, he has mediated cross-cultural commercial disputes between organisations in MENA and organisations in other parts of the world, including North America and Europe.

Frederick is ranked by Legal 500 2026 as a Leading Mediator for the UK. In December 2024, Frederick was named Civil/Commercial Mediator of the Year at the National Mediation Awards, the highest award in UK Mediation

Frederick is also a lead trainer in Mediation training as well as being an expert facilitator and negotiation coach, working with parties globally.
