Carolina Gerding

Carolina Gerding is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and Partner at KLME Law (Keystone Law Middle East) in Dubai, where she leads the firm's Technology and Telecommunications practice. With over two decades of legal experience across Argentina, France, Qatar, KSA and the United Arab Emirates, she brings deep cross-border expertise to commercial dispute resolution in the telecommunications, and technology sectors.

Accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR, UK) in 2024, Gerding combines her mediation qualification with extensive transactional and regulatory practice. Her legal work centres on embedded general counsel services for scaling technology companies across the MENA region, encompassing complex commercial contracts, data protection, and multi-jurisdictional risk management. She is admitted to the bars of Buenos Aires and admissible to the bar in Paris.

She holds a Master's degree in Multimedia and IT Law from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), awarded under the prestigious Eiffel Excellence Scholarship, and a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. She practices in English, French, and Spanish.

Carolina holds the International Coach Federation's Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, with over 350 hours of coaching senior executives — a background that informs her facilitative and interest-based approach to dispute resolution.

She is a member of the Emirates Legal Network, UAE Women in Law Advisory Board, and the Global Alliance of International Lawyers (GAIL) – Middle East Chapter.
