Anastasiia Zernova, LL.M., is an international legal professional, business mediator, attorney at law (admitted in Ukraine), and ADR expert with over a decade of specialized experience handling cross-border commercial, corporate, founder/shareholder,and investment disputes. She focuses on resolving contractual disputes, founderand shareholder conflicts, and guiding parties through complex internationaldisagreements using structured, interest-based negotiation. Her practice spansa range of industries, with particular strength in energy, oil and gas, andpublic-private partnership (PPP) contracts. She is known for balancing legalprecision with business pragmatism, offering tailored solutions in highly regulated sectors.

Anastasiia is officially listed as a mediator with the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and the DIFC Courts Panel of Mediators.
