Amr Ashour currently serves as Operations Manager at Peace City Contracting LLC, a UAE-based general contracting company involved in residential and mixed-use construction projects. With over 15 years of experience across various areas of the construction industry, his role extends beyond operational management to include client relations, contract drafting, negotiations, dispute avoidance, as well as project planning, management, and execution.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from The British University in Dubai. By combining technical, contractual, and legal perspectives, he seeks to support the wider adoption of mediation as a practical and efficient pathway for resolving construction and commercial disputes across the region.
