Zeyad Shoeib
Zeyad is a highly accomplished, globally oriented final-year law student at Alexandria University, consistently achieving top academic performance. He is a certified participant in the UNODC training program, gaining practical insights into anti-corruption law and international mechanisms, and holds certification as an International Arbitrator by the Arab Development Council—recognized by Egypt’s Ministry of Social Solidarity and Human Rights. He is also an active student member of the American Bar Association and Young ISTAC.
Ranked as the highest scorer and best oralist on his team, Zeyad was selected to represent Alexandria University in the 2025/2026 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, leading all pre-moot advocacy. His legal training includes real-world internships in criminal and corporate law, alongside top-tier virtual programs with Latham & Watkins, Clifford Chance, and Leo Cussen.
Beyond academics, Zeyad is a passionate youth mentor and communicator. As an ex-TEDxYouth coach, he trained speakers in public communication. Serving as a judge in Egypt’s first Veritas Debate League, he empowered high schoolers to engage in real-time debates on global issues, promoting civic engagement and critical thinking.
