Warren Bank
Warren Bank is a Bermuda-based barrister and attorney specialising in cross-border restructuring, insolvency, commercial disputes, contentious trusts and regulatory litigation.
He has practised across several jurisdictions for almost three decades, combining courtroom advocacy with strategic cross-border coordination in complex, high-value disputes. His work has involved insolvency practitioners, fiduciaries, creditors, office-holders, international law firms and professional advisers across Bermuda, the UK, the US, Asia and other offshore markets.
Warren’s mediation practice is a natural extension of his disputes background. Having seen at close quarters the cost, risk and pressure of hard-fought litigation, he places particular value on mediation as a sophisticated and practical process through which parties can engage with commercial reality and shape outcomes that may not be available through litigation alone.
Warren has served as Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Bermuda Branch, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a former Acting Judge of the Labour Court of South Africa and a member of the Bermuda Bar Council Professional Conduct Fees Arbitration Committee, RISA Bermuda and INSOL, and has completed the INSOL Foundation Course in Cross-Border Insolvency. He is an IMI Qualified Mediator.
