Vigneshwar Ramasubramanian

Vigneshwar Ramasubramanian is a disputes professional with a focus on arbitration and mediation, particularly in commercial and construction disputes. He is a CEDR-accredited mediator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb). He has experience acting in complex contractual disputes, including infrastructure and energy matters under both institutional and ad hoc frameworks. Alongside his arbitration work, Vigneshwar has undertaken formal training in facilitative and interest-based mediation and is building his practice as an emerging mediator. He also writes regularly on alternative dispute resolution. He is set to pursue the LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas in Paris, followed by the LL.M. in International Construction Contracts at its Singapore campus, further strengthening his focus on cross-border dispute resolution. He is particularly interested in the integration of mediation within arbitration frameworks and in promoting mediation as an effective tool for resolving high-value commercial disputes.
