Reem Al Hilou

Reem is an aspiring mediator with over 12 years of dispute resolution experience, spanning a broad range of sectors with particular depth in aviation. She is English law qualified and fluent in both Arabic and English.

Having been born and raised in the UAE, Reem brings a grounded understanding of the region’s culture and business dynamics — insight she considers essential to building trust and steering relationships toward resolution.

Reem has completed the ADR Centre International Accreditation Mediation Training, an IMI-recognised programme, and her application for IMI Qualified Mediator status is currently under submission. She is drawn to mediation for its capacity to resolve disputes constructively, preserving relationships and value that adversarial processes often erode.
