Omar Khattab is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in UK and cross-border disputes, contract advisory, and supporting businesses and individuals in achieving their legal objectives. His expertise spans corporate, civil, and labour law, with a particular focus on debt settlement and dispute resolution.

Omar’s career includes roles at leading Egyptian law firms and major corporations, especially within the aviation industry. He has advised clients on regulatory ompliance, contract negotiation, and legal risk management. Most recently, he served as Legal Debt Settlement Counsel at one of the largest debt collection agencies in the MENA region, where he led complex pre-litigation negotiations and provided strategic legal guidance. Prior to that, he worked as a Legal Associate at a prominent Egyptian firm, handling contract reviews, legal opinions, litigation, and government liaison.
