Her experience is rooted in working alongside mediators within government-supported dispute resolution institutions, including District Mediation Centres and Lok Adalats, where she has been actively involved in the resolution of civil and consumer disputes. This institutional exposure has cultivated a structured, process-driven understanding of mediation, while shaping her facilitative and interest-based approach which is centred on identifying underlying interests, managing competing narratives, and guiding parties toward commercially and practically viable outcomes.

In parallel, Nihma has developed experience within legal advisory and corporate environments, enabling her to approach disputes with a strong sense of commercial awareness and strategic insight.
