Marina Trushina is an International Mediator with more than thirty years of international executive experience across the Middle East, Europe and the CIS. Throughout her career with Warner Bros., Johnson & Johnson and O2 Pictures, she conducted hundreds of complex commercial negotiations, developed strategic partnerships and worked closely with multinational corporations, business and government entities, investors, legal professionals and creative talent in multicultural business environments.

Her professional experience has been shaped by helping organisations navigate commercial complexity, reconcile competing interests and build sustainable business relationships. Working at board and executive level, she facilitated dialogue among diverse stakeholders, aligned differing perspectives and balanced commercial objectives with long-term relationships across cultures and organisational structures.

Over time, Marina recognised that many business challenges were rooted not in legal or financial issues, but in unresolved conflict, ineffective communication, competing interests and hidden agendas. Witnessing how these impeded collaboration, decision-making and organisational success inspired her to pursue professional mediation. Drawing on internationally recognised mediation training and more than three decades of international business experience, Marina brings an understanding of both the commercial realities and the human dynamics of business conflict, together with the judgement, cross-cultural awareness and independence expected of a professional mediator.
