Kamal is a seasoned Contracts & Commercial Manager with nearly a decade of specialized experience across the construction and hospitality sectors. He has cultivated expertise in construction management, contract administration, dispute resolution, and claims analysis, consistently applying risk mitigation strategies and effective management systems to ensure successful project delivery.

He has played a pivotal role in multi-billion-dollar developments across infrastructure, residential, commercial, high-rise, and hospitality projects. Notable contributions include Africa’s tallest mixed-use development The Iconic Tower, Tawila Island Resort, and luxury ventures with brands such as Sofitel, Fairmont, Raffles, and Movenpick. His professional impact was recognized when he was named a finalist for the Big 5 Impact Awards (Professional of the Year, 2025).

Kamal is passionate about Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and is actively building his practice in mediation and arbitration. He is a member of leading institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the African Arbitration Association (AFAA), the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), and the Egyptian Center for Arbitration and Settlement of Non-Banking Financial Disputes (ECAS). These memberships reflect his commitment to advancing ADR culture in the MENA region.

An accredited professional, Kamal holds multiple certifications such as PMP, RMP, CCP, PSP, CLAC, P3O, PMO-CP, and ACIArb. He also earned an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, a Project Management Diploma from AUC, and an MBA from ESLSCA Paris Business School. He is currently pursuing MRICS accreditation.

Beyond practice, Kamal contributes thought leadership by publishing technical papers, conducting research on real estate investment and AI in contract management, and sharing insights at major industry platforms such as Big 5 Construct Egypt, EGYPES, the Global Project Management Forum (Riyadh), and the Construction Contracts & Dispute Resolution Forum (Dubai). He also serves as an Associate Expert Panel Member for Infollion and as a Part-Time Business Consultant at 1826 Partners VC.
