Jinoy Viswan is a Dubai-based construction claims specialist with more than 31 years of professional experience across EPC, oil and gas, infrastructure, and industrial projects. Through Aegis PMC, he advises project stakeholders on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution matters, including claims strategy, extensions of time, delay analysis, adjudication, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Jinoy is a Chartered Engineer and holds an MBA, PMP certification, and a Professional Diploma in International Arbitration from the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. His professional experience spans major projects across seven countries, providing him with extensive exposure to diverse contractual, commercial, and project delivery environments.

In addition to his established expertise in construction claims and dispute resolution, Jinoy is actively developing a greater focus on mediation, particularly in relation to construction and commercial disputes. He is also the author of the Amazon bestseller in the UAE and India, “The WTF Clausebook, Vol. 1 – For Contractors”.
