Dr. Jesse Treakle is a training and development specialist with over two decades of experience in the Gulf and currently works in Human Resources at Saudi Aramco. Jesse holds a PhD in conflict resolution, a master’s in education, and a bachelor’s in communications. He earned mediation certifications while serving with AmeriCorps in the USA, worked as a small claims court mediator at a district court in Washington state, and was a mediation instructor at a graduate program in Switzerland. Throughout his career in the Gulf, he has incorporated conflict resolution approaches and mediation processes into a wide variety of projects and functions including institutional re-accreditation, policy development, leadership coaching, and HR advising. He is most proud of his work as a workshop facilitator where he introduced hundreds of Aramco’s industrial and administrative employees to the foundational concepts of conflict resolution and negotiation.
