Harikrishnan is a Civil and Commercial Lawyer based in Dubai. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Civil and Commercial Mediator accredited by ADR-ODR International, SIMI, IMI and CMC. Harikrishnan has been advising clients on a wide range of commercial transactions and disputes in the UAE since 2009. He is a registered Legal Consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department and licenced to practice law in India (Advocate) and England & Wales (Solicitor). Harikrishnan is also a registered practitioner under Part I and II of the DIFC Courts list of registered practitioners with rights of audience before the DIFC Courts. He is also a registered practitioner with the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts.
