Guy is a legal practitioner registered with the High Court of Australia. He has 20 plus years Civil, Commercial, Insolvency, Industrial and Family Law litigation experience

at the highest tiers of the Australian court system. Previously he has been registered as a foreign lawyer in Singapore with some exposure to indefeasible rights use and

some Admiralty law. Although a newly qualified mediator, he has represented parties at hundreds of mediations in his 20 plus year legal career.

He is also a visiting academic and has taught in areas such as banking and finance law, insolvency law and corporate governance. Currently he is completing his PhD in

Singaporean and Australian justice policy initiatives. Guy is highly numerate and was a CPA qualified financial controller at some of Australia’s largest ndustrial and media

companies for the first decade of his career.

Until recently, Guy was the Managing Partner of a boutique law firm in Queensland, and before that spent a decade as a Barrister-at-Law. Guy has recently qualified as a

mediator with the Resolution Institute of Australia and is available for commercial, civil and family dispute resolution mediation as either a single mediator or a co-

mediator.
