Fahad Khan Sherwani is a Pakistani-qualified Advocate and internationally accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator with a professional focus on mediation, international commercial arbitration, corporate and commercial law, and cross-border dispute resolution. He is currently practising as an Associate at Mohiuddin & Mohiuddin  Advocates and Litigators in Pakistan, where his practice includes civil litigation, commercial and corporate matters, contractual work and legal research.

Fahad is a Triple Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator through ADR ODR International, with the programme accredited by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), and the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), United Kingdom. He is also a Gazette-notified Accredited Mediator under the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Accreditation) Rules, 2023 by the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of Pakistan, and holds an Associate Arbitrator (Module I) certification.

He holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, with academic and professional interests in international commercial arbitration, international trade, commercial litigation, corporate governance and cross-border business disputes.

Fahad is actively involved in the development and promotion of alternative dispute resolution in Pakistan. He serves as a Member of the ADR Committee of the District Bar Association, Rawalpindi, contributing to initiatives relating to mediation, arbitration, amicable dispute settlement and access to efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution mechanisms.

His ADR professional development includes specialised training in Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and Artificial Intelligence, a three-day WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Workshop, and training on emerging global practices in arbitration and mediation. He is also engaged with international dispute-resolution networks including WIPO ADR Young, Young ICCA and Young ICSID.

Fahad is particularly interested in international commercial mediation, cross-border dispute resolution and the development of modern, technology-enabled ADR mechanisms. He is willing and able to conduct mediations virtually or in person in Pakistan, the UAE and elsewhere, with a particular interest in cross-border commercial disputes and Online Dispute Resolution.
